October 14, 2013 - Nashville, Tennessee - PCS is pleased to announce that it was recently notified and congratulated for its winning proposal in response to the State of Alabama's Invitation to Bid #14-X-2254993 to provide Cosmetology Practical Examination Services.  

Matt Levy, PCS' Cosmetology Supervisor, has enjoyed working with the State of Alabama since 2008 and stated the following: "Along with the entire PCS Cosmetology team, I am excited to continue working with the excellent group of people over at the Board office. Additionally, we remain committed to providing superior Cosmetology, Esthetician, Manicurist, Instructor, Natural Hair Stylist, and Barber Practical Examination Services to the State of Alabama's constituency."
